Business Aviation Center at Sheremetyevo (A-Group)

Recently, the employees of JETVIP visited the Business Aviation Center at Sheremetyevo (A-Group). We are pleased to say that our expectations were not only met but exceeded, as we discovered many new and interesting things. The morning began with a pleasant conversation over a cup of coffee in a cozy restaurant on the second floor of Terminal A, alongside Commercial Director Sergey Ryzhov and Marketing Director Nadezhda Turovskaya. Once again, we were very impressed by the panoramic view of the ramp and runway. Just imagine arriving at the terminal for your flight on a private jet and stopping by for a glass of champagne or wine before departure. You sit there in anticipation of your flight on the Embraer Legacy 600, watching the aircraft right in front of you. You see the airport's technical staff preparing the jet for takeoff, and in your mind, you are already settled into the comfortable seat of a private jet, discussing the catering menu with the flight attendant.

As luck would have it, our meeting coincided with the first heavy snowfall of this winter, which only added a festive touch to the daily operations of the airport. At the same time, we inquired about the special equipment available at A-Group, and they provided us with comprehensive answers. All special equipment at A-Group (tugs, ground power units, 11 de-icing vehicles, etc.) is owned, which means that flight delays due to a lack of special equipment are simply not an option. It is particularly noteworthy that in terms of fuel supply, A-Group can offer operators a choice of four fuel providers, allowing both operators and end-users to significantly save on aircraft operating costs and ultimately on the total cost of the flight.

After finishing our coffee and viewing the ramp, we proceeded to an interesting tour of the luxurious VIP terminal at Sheremetyevo A. It is worth noting that Terminal A is the newest business aviation terminal in Moscow among all airports in the Moscow aviation hub. The terminal is not only new and modern but also highly functional. There are several VIP rooms of different sizes for those who wish to hold meetings before departure or simply relax with their party in a separate room with all amenities. The onyx and marble wall and floor finishes add a sense of comfort and luxury throughout the terminal.

We paused in one of the meeting rooms where the Commercial Director of A-Group conducted a video presentation of the Sheremetyevo Business Aviation Center. The presentation revealed all the intricacies and nuances of FBO operations. Following this, we took on the roles of business jet passengers, traveling through the terminal to the airfield and then proceeded to observe the aircraft hangars.

We saw the A-Group hangars and the vast new ramp for jets, as well as the ground services, witnessing firsthand the care given to the aircraft and passengers.
