3. Cryptocurrency Payments — USDT, Bitcoin and Ethereum

JETVIP provides cryptocurrency payment options for eligible private jet charter bookings, subject to confirmation of the applicable payment arrangements.

Clients may request payment in:

• USDT (Tether): A stablecoin designed to maintain a value linked to the US dollar.

• BTC (Bitcoin): A cryptocurrency with a market price that fluctuates.

• ETH (Ethereum): A cryptocurrency with a market price that fluctuates.

Before transferring funds, our team will confirm the accepted cryptocurrency, supported blockchain network, payment amount, applicable exchange rate if relevant, fees and payment deadline.

Always verify the recipient address and blockchain network against the payment instructions issued for your booking. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, and a transaction confirmation does not by itself confirm that the aircraft has been booked.

Private Jet Payment and Booking Procedure

JETVIP follows a structured booking process to help clients understand the payment requirements and the steps leading to flight confirmation.

1. Flight Request and Aircraft Selection

Send us your itinerary, departure date, passenger count and any aircraft preferences. Our team will review your requirements and provide suitable aircraft options and a charter proposal.

2. Contract Signing

Once the route, aircraft arrangements, price and other flight conditions have been agreed, the relevant service contract is prepared for signature.

3. Invoice Issuance

JETVIP issues an invoice based on the agreed charter terms. The invoice specifies the amount payable, payment currency, beneficiary details and applicable deadline.

4. Currency and Exchange Rate Confirmation

If the charter price is quoted in one currency and payment is made in another, the applicable exchange rate and calculation method will be confirmed as part of the payment arrangements.

For cryptocurrency payments, the applicable asset, network, amount and exchange-rate arrangements, if any, should be confirmed before the transfer.

5. Payment and Booking Confirmation

You complete the payment using the agreed method. Once the payment has been verified in accordance with the applicable procedure, JETVIP coordinates the final aircraft booking and confirms the arrangements under the agreed charter terms.

Sending a payment does not automatically mean that the aircraft reservation has been confirmed. Please wait for confirmation from your JETVIP manager.

6. Flight Details and Onboard Catering

After the booking is confirmed, our team coordinates the relevant flight details, passenger requirements, onboard catering, transfers and other agreed services.

7. Flight Coordination and Support

JETVIP coordinates the organisation of your flight and liaises with the aircraft operator throughout the agreed stages of preparation and execution.

Which currencies can I use to pay for a private jet charter?

Depending on the booking and the agreed payment arrangements, bank transfers may be available in USD, EUR, GBP and AED. Other payment currencies or methods must be confirmed with your JETVIP manager.

Can I pay for a private jet with USDT?

USDT may be available for eligible bookings. Contact our team to confirm the supported blockchain network, exact amount and applicable payment terms before transferring funds.

Can I pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum?

BTC and ETH may be available for eligible bookings, subject to confirmation. Because their market prices fluctuate, the applicable exchange rate and payment amount should be agreed before the transfer.

Can I pay by credit card?

Card payment may be available for eligible bookings. Supported cards and transaction availability depend on the payment provider, the issuing bank and the transaction requirements.

When is my private jet booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed after the agreed payment and booking procedures have been completed and JETVIP has confirmed the reservation. A bank transfer receipt or blockchain transaction reference alone does not constitute confirmation of the flight.

Are there additional payment fees?

Bank charges, card-processing fees, currency-conversion costs or blockchain network fees may apply depending on the selected payment method. Ask your manager to confirm the applicable charges before making payment.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the applicable charter agreement. Before payment, review the contractual cancellation terms and ask your manager to clarify any questions about refunds.

What documents will I receive?

The documents depend on the agreed charter arrangement and the parties involved. Your manager will explain which contract, invoice, payment confirmation and flight documents will be provided.
