Business Jet Vision Jet

The Cirrus Vision Jet is a light business jet. Its development and production was carried out by the American company Cirrus Aircraft. The jet made its first flight in 2008, in 2016 the company received a type certificate. Thus, Vision Jet became the world's first certified single-engine civilian jet. In 2018, the Cirrus Vision Jet received the Collier Trophy for "the greatest achievement in aeronautics or astronautics in America".

Specifications

Vision Jet is designed for flights with a range of about 2000 km. Cabin dimensions: 1.56 m wide and 1.24 m high. These are the largest parameters among models of this class.

The passenger compartment can accommodate up to 7 people. Armchairs are arranged in three rows, the last of which is designed for children. The shape and size of the seats allow you to feel comfortable throughout the flight, and panoramic windows offer beautiful views of landscapes and clouds. Also in the cabin there are 110 V sockets, USB ports, monitors, headphones.

Vision Jet is equipped with an innovative security system. Its design includes a ballistic parachute. In an emergency, the pilot launches a small solid-propellant rocket from the control panel, which breaks a special hatch in the hull. Behind this hatch is a folded parachute. After release, it opens into a dome with a diameter of 16.7 m, the lines of which are evenly distributed throughout the fuselage. In parallel with the opening of the parachute, the automatic landing system is launched.
