I have been using the services of "JetVip" regularly since 2008. In general, I only accept such flights because their airplanes are always in excellent technical condition, departures are scheduled at my convenience, and their customer service is top-notch. The cost of transportation is quite reasonable. I always try to fly on the same aircraft and with the same crew, as I have become accustomed to them.

Our company booked a flight from Moscow to Sochi for a conference with this private aviation company. They really came through for me in a difficult situation with a flight and provided a service of the highest level and urgency. I rarely write reviews, but this time it would be remiss of me not to thank my friends for their high level of professionalism. I fly quite frequently, about 1-2 times a week. JetVip always goes above and beyond and consistently impresses me with the solutions they find in challenging situations, whether it’s dealing with a plane malfunction or significant flight time changes. Even this last time, when a flight was canceled and rescheduled for different dates, they managed to cancel the flight with minimal penalties.
