Step-by-step: from airport arrival and security checks to boarding, flying, and arrival.

In most cases, your delay is not a problem and your private jet will wait for you. However, since changing the departure time and processing permits and documents for a different departure time can lead to additional delays, we ask that you inform us in advance about any possible delays. Each situation is considered individually, and the possibility of rescheduling the departure for a later time depends on a variety of different factors.
All laws and regulations regarding customs control, as well as safety rules, apply to business aviation just as they do to any other civil aviation flights. In almost all VIP terminals, an expedited customs control procedure is conducted, allowing you to save a significant amount of time. Everything will proceed as quickly as possible and without unnecessary stress.
During the pandemic, renting a private jet proves to be the best way to avoid infection while traveling to another country. There will be no random people in the cabin, and boarding the aircraft is typically done through dedicated terminals for business aviation (when available at the airport). This allows passengers to avoid being in large crowds. For domestic flights, where passport control is not required, boarding is usually done directly from the car in the overwhelming majority of cases.
Looking at flight statistics since the beginning of 2020, you can see that the share of private business aviation in the total number of flights has increased several times. Business jets with crews are booked for business trips, private journeys, and sending company representatives abroad.
In the context of the developing pandemic caused by the COVID-2019 virus, the number of regular flights is decreasing, and airlines are grounding large aircraft due to the increased risk of infection for passengers and crews. Renting a private plane is becoming the only reasonable solution in many cases.
Most aircraft in this category accommodate between 8 and 25 passengers. In such a group, the risk of infection is minimal. But this is not the main factor in favor of choosing business aviation. After each flight, our airline conducts a thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin to eliminate any viruses.
We always clean the aircraft carefully, but during the epidemic, we have incorporated professional disinfection into our cleaning process. Each new flight is ensured to be completely safe for passengers and crew.
A flight can be organized to any civil or military airport (with assistance in obtaining landing permission at a military airport). This is very convenient, as you can choose the airport closest to your destination. The only limitation is the length of the runway. Contact our staff, and we will quickly check what type of private aircraft can land at a specific airport.
A pilot flying a specific type of private aircraft must have a license specifically for that type. Additionally, pilots undergo regular training (every six months) and certification.
Private jets fly at varying speeds depending on the type of aircraft. For example, the fastest civilian plane in the world is the Citation, but many smaller planes, including VLJ (Very Light Jet) aircraft, fly at relatively lower speeds compared to commercial airline jets. The time saved on private flights is primarily on the ground. With minimal check-in time and no delays from waiting for baggage or going through customs, flights on private jets take less time than those on commercial airlines. In terms of long-haul flights, air traffic control can offer more route shortening options to private jets than to commercial airline aircraft, as most private jets have a higher rate of climb and can operate at altitudes greater than regular commercial airline planes.
This service is based on organizing air travel with a business jet, allowing you to rent any number of seats in the aircraft's cabin. It's an excellent alternative to regular business class flights.
Having travel companions allows a passenger to save up to 90% of costs compared to traditional flights on a private jet.

We are closely monitoring the situation and are in constant contact with official representatives from airports, airlines, and government agencies. A private jet, or private airplane, is a business aviation aircraft with a private registration.
You can rent a private jet and fly around the world with JETVIP.
Most often, a business jet can accommodate up to nineteen people.
A business-jet is a small airplane designed for transporting VIP passengers to business meetings and leisure trips.
Business jets are distinguished by a high level of comfort and convenience. The cabin is finished with luxurious materials and resembles an office more than a traditional aircraft interior. It features comfortable chairs, tables, relaxation areas with real beds, and a shower. Everything a business person needs is available on board – internet access, telephony, and television. VIP catering is offered, tailored to the client's preferences. The highest level of service, complete confidentiality, and safety are guaranteed.
These parts of the wing are called winglets or wingtips. The vertical position of the wings ensures increased flight efficiency. Winglets reduce turbulence in the air near the wing. How was this discovered? By observing birds! They are experts in efficient flight, which means they can teach us a lot. An interesting fact: the winglets on the Airbus A330 reach up to 2.5 meters!
The practice of naming aircraft is common among most commercial airlines. For example, this is done by the Russian airline Aeroflot as well as the Franco-Dutch company Air France-KLM. Although the exact reasons for naming planes have been lost over the years, the very first aircraft of KLM had a nickname based on its registration: DD, Dikke Dirk ("Fat Dirk").
More than 80% of people are afraid of flying.
Acrophobia is the fear of heights. Unlike more specific phobias, such as aerophobia—the fear of flying in airplanes—acrophobia manifests in various situations when it comes to being "a little above the ground." A person suffering from acrophobia may feel fear while looking out from a window on the fourteenth floor of a building or simply while standing on a ladder. It all depends on the severity of the phobia.
In fact, the age of an aircraft is measured not by time, but by pressurization cycles. Each time the aircraft's fuselage is subjected to pressure during flight, it negatively impacts its technical condition. The "lifespan" of an aircraft depends on the "fatigue" of the metal and the number of cracks it has. In most cases, a 20-year-old aircraft has around 51,000 flight hours and 75,000 pressurization cycles. If the aircraft is used for long-haul flights, it undergoes fewer pressurization cycles, and therefore, such an aircraft may serve for more than 20 years.
During the pandemic, the demand for business aviation increased by nearly 40% – is this just interesting arithmetic or a necessary measure? Not at all.
The restrictions on international flights left an incredible number of travelers stranded, desperately seeking solutions to return home. This is where business aviation came into play. Private jets evacuated thousands of people from foreign countries. For those with children studying abroad or for those who couldn't book a regular commercial flight, renting a private jet became the only way to get back home. A huge advantage is that the number of passengers on private flights is limited. In addition to comfortable and immediate transportation back to their home country, there’s the added bonus of a minimal chance of contracting anything on board the aircraft.
Moreover, private aviation has become a sort of genie for those who cannot work without flying. International flights are temporarily blocked, but crossing air borders is not prohibited. In this case, renting a nimble business jet is the best idea. Those who have used private jets multiple times know well that on board a private plane, one can not only travel comfortably through the skies. Holding negotiations in a luxurious conference room or utilizing high-speed internet to monitor work processes via Skype – each person can choose what suits them best.
Advantages of Private Aviation During the COVID-19 Pandemic
To the most popular question, “When will the world return to its usual pace and hundreds of planes take to the skies again?” there is still no answer, even from the most reputable clairvoyants. Nevertheless, we must come to terms with the current realities and wait for international air travel to reopen with all countries.
Private aviation knows how to sweeten the pill. What bonuses does this industry offer?
As of today, it's clear that the topic of coronavirus will not soon leave the news headlines or people's minds. Therefore, the issue of social distancing will remain in focus. On a private plane, health safety is the top priority. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, the number of passengers on board typically does not exceed 8-13 people – most often, these are your acquaintances. Secondly, private flights undergo a separate check-in process. One can blissfully forget about long queues and the risk of being near a passenger who sneezes unexpectedly. Thirdly, conducting the necessary sanitization on small business jets is much simpler.
People returning from abroad are required to take a coronavirus test. You have three days to do this. Most often, testing can be done right at the arrival airport. If that's not possible, you can visit a private clinic. Until you receive your test results, you must observe quarantine. During this time, you cannot leave your home, even for grocery shopping, getting medications, or taking out the trash. If necessary, ask friends or relatives for help, use online services, or contact social services and volunteers.
At Vnukovo-3, you can take a test directly in the terminal for a price starting from 2800 rubles. Results are ready within 4 to 14 hours.
After that, you need to upload the result to Gosuslugi.
According to the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2020, No. 22 as of July 15, 2020, Russian citizens arriving from foreign countries by air transport must submit a document with the results of the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test for the new coronavirus infection to Rospotrebnadzor.
Russian citizens are required to provide the result of the coronavirus test taken within 3 days after returning to Russia. If the result is positive, you must remain in a 14-day quarantine at your place of residence.
The new coronavirus is a respiratory virus (the causative agent of acute respiratory viral infections). It is primarily transmitted through respiratory droplets when inhaling droplets released from the respiratory tract of an infected person, for example, during coughing or sneezing, as well as from saliva or nasal secretions. It can also spread when an infected person touches any contaminated surface, such as a doorknob. In this case, infection occurs when touching the mouth, nose, or eyes with dirty hands.
Data about countries with unfavorable epidemiological situations are available on the websites of the WHO and the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor). These countries have reported at least one case of coronavirus. Arrivals from these countries must adhere to several requirements: call the hotline in their region, inform them of their arrival, provide their contact information, and enter a self-isolation mode for 14 days, meaning they should not leave their home.
If you are flying, you need to fill out a special form on the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services in advance. This should be done after purchasing your airline ticket, but before checking in for your flight.
On board the airplane, you will also need to fill out a questionnaire for arrivals.
Within the first three days in Russia, you must take a coronavirus test and upload the result in the special form on the Unified Portal of State Services. You must observe self-isolation until you receive a negative result for the coronavirus test.
