If you need to make short-term changes (< 24 hours), you only have to contact your own flight consultant using our line, available 24 hours a day. Any changes exceeding the 24 hours (> 24) can be communicated either by telephone calling at +33 6 67 26 51 18 or via e-mail to sales@jetvip.com
Any change communicated even earlier than the date of the flight will be subject to availability of the aircraft and CIELO Aviation will take care of it to verify if it is doable.
