Established in 2013, Apollo Air Services manages and operates the largest and youngest fleet of Agusta Westland 109 Grand New helicopters in the UK – the first choice for luxury air travel. We hold a single and multi pilot IFR Air Operator Certificate and currently operate eight AW109 from four bases in the UK: Carlisle, Cambridge, Leeds and Fife.
Apollo boasts a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals who provide a first-class service by offering door-to-door executive travel solutions for business, celebrity and discerning family passengers. Our pilots are highly trained to ensure the highest possible level of safety and comfort and we were the first UK corporate charter operator to fully integrate simulators into our training philosophy, with all our pilots carrying out annual training at the Leonardo AW109SP simulator in Zurich.
Apollo was also the first UK company to gain approval to operate the AW109SP aircraft in a multi-crew role, allowing us to offer the aircraft with two fully-trained and qualified pilots.
