Vista acquires AIR HAMBURG

I am excited to announce that Vista signed an agreement to acquire the operating platform and maintenance services of AIR HAMBURG.

Both Vista and AIR HAMBURG have been long established and are amongst the most respected brands in private aviation. By joining forces with AIR HAMBURG, our global group will see the fleet grow to over 240 aircraft, offering services across the entire world, from light jets to the Global 7500.

After launching VistaJet in 2004, the Vista group has been consolidating the private aviation market by successfully integrating XOJET, JetSmarter, Red Wing Aviation, Apollo Jets, and Talon Air into a cohesive ecosystem of business aviation services, to become the largest charter operator in the world.

AIR HAMBURG is the largest private jet operator by number of flights across Europe, and it is second only to Vista in terms of hours flown in the region. The integration will consolidate our position and massively expand our customer offering across European and Middle Eastern markets.

This is another demonstration of our continued commitment to ensuring access to the best value flying solutions across the world at any given moment. Our management teams are working closely to bring their expertise to service even more of your clients. Subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, we expect to complete the transaction in the first half of 2022.
